If it’s more than a habit
Porch Moth is a small tool for one habit. It cannot help with more than that. The people on this page can.
The most urgent are first.
Someone to talk to, at any hour, is just below
In an emergency
Urgent, but not an emergency
NHS 111, mental health option
Call 111
Select the mental health option. Or use 111 online (111.nhs.uk), which is for England.
For urgent mental health help that is not life-threatening. 111 will tell you the right place to get help, and you may be able to speak to a trained mental health professional over the phone.
The NHS lists separate services for Scotland (NHS 24 111), Wales (NHS 111 Wales) and Northern Ireland (nidirect).
